Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Rana Business Travels' transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Rana Business Travels provides transportation services including:

• Umrah and Hajj transportation
• Airport transfer services
• Hotel to holy site transfers
• Intercity transportation (Makkah-Madinah)
• Private taxi services
• Group transportation

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit required documents in a timely manner
• Respond promptly to communication requests
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed
• Follow application deadlines
• Inform us of any changes in your circumstances

Fees and Payments

Our fee structure includes:

All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Service cancellation within 7 days of payment
• If we fail to deliver agreed-upon services
• For documented medical emergencies
• As specified in individual service agreements

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Your personal and travel data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or for service delivery purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Rana Business Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• With 30 days written notice
• For material breach of terms
• Upon mutual agreement
• If services become illegal or impossible to perform

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation between parties
2. Mediation by a neutral third party
3. Arbitration if mediation fails
4. Legal proceedings as a last resort

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Saudi Arabia.
